  近日,第三屆亞洲餐飲展覽會(簡稱ACE亞餐展)在濟南國際會展中心盛大開幕,來自二十余個國家和地區的兩千余家展商帶來了一場味蕾的環球之旅。據悉,ACE亞餐展是鏈接餐飲產業上中下游產業鏈、引領餐飲產業發展趨勢、傳播先進產品及經營理念、推動餐飲業全產業鏈開放合作、健康發展的國際領先餐飲行業交流平臺。

  The 3rd Asia Culinary Expo (ACE) recently opened at Jinan International Convention Center, transforming the venue into a global culinary journey with over 2,000 exhibitors from 20+ countries. As a leading platform linking the industry's upstream and downstream sectors, ACE drives innovation and international collaboration across the entire catering supply chain.

  異國風味組團亮相!在占地8萬平方米的展館內,俄羅斯展區飄來陣陣巧克力香氣,參展商王斯維特蘭娜(Svetlana)的展位前排起長隊。藍眼睛的她用字正腔圓的中文介紹道:“我們帶來了100多種俄羅斯的產品,巧克力、威化餅干、俄羅斯奶酪、蜂蜜、伏特加等應有盡有。”相隔不遠的東南亞展團則將熱帶風情搬進展館,帶來沉浸式體驗,BeniciaMBOKO團隊架起環形補光燈,直播間里榴蓮千層的醇厚與椰香斑斕糕的清新交織,向觀眾展示異域特色小吃的同時也為他們帶來動感的舞蹈和優美的歌聲。

  Global Flavors Take Center Stage: Across 80,000㎡ exhibition space, Russia's chocolate-scented booth drew crowds as blue-eyed exhibitor Svetlana greeted visitors in fluent Chinese: "We've brought 100+ authentic products including chocolates, wafer biscuits, Russian tvorog, honey, vodka and so on." Nearby, Southeast Asian stall recreated tropical vibes through durian mille-feuille displays and coconut-flavored desserts, with Benicia MBOKO's livestream team blending food presentations with dynamic cultural performances.

  參展商眼中的濟南印象!東南亞展團Benicia表示,“我來過濟南很多次了,這座城市既有歷史的厚重感,又有現代的活力脈搏。”這種跨越文化的對話,在展會上演了無數版本。阿富汗參展商Aminzai對濟南市民的熱情贊不絕口:“我們帶來了阿富汗純手工編織地毯、羊毛披肩、箍環飾品等,中國民眾對這些產品興趣濃厚,我們已經擁有了許多消費者!”

  Cultural Crossroads in Jinan: "I’ve been here for many times. Jinan perfectly marries historical depth with modern vitality," remarked Benicia from the Southeast Asian delegation. This kind of cross-cultural dialogue was staged in countless versions at the exhibition.Afghan exhibitor Aminzai echoed this sentiment: "We have brought Afghan hand-woven carpets, wool shawls, hoops, etc. The Chinese people are highly interested in these products, and we already have many consumers!"
